Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services by assessing, planning, and implementing patient care programs. They also participate in department activities, mentor staff, and assist with program development and student supervision.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a valid Wisconsin state license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and BLS certification are required.
