Join Behavioral Health Allies as a Early Intervention BCBA in Overland Park, Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, FBAs, skills assessments, and developmental evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Analyze clinical data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress.
- Ensure interventions are evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with each child’s needs and family goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and applicable Missouri/Kansas LBA licensure.
- Completion of BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting children with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs preferred.
