Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to intravenous homecare patients, including sterile compounding and patient assessment. They also oversee the Patient Advocate team and coordinate infusion therapies with nursing and support services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred, and possess a valid license to practice pharmacy in the state. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Pharmacy Practice Residency is required.
