Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and coordinate referrals for specialized medical services.
Requirements
Must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license in the state. Candidates are required to obtain DOT certification within 60 days of hire and possess active DEA licensure.
