DESCRIPTION
Join the Radiology team at NewYork-Presbyterian / Brooklyn Methodist Hospital,

In this role, the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and
execution of primarily MRI services. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to
warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff & assist radiologists and other
physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include to
assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure
adherence to safety standards. This position will primarily cover MRI.
This is a part-time position, working every Saturday 6:30am - 9:00pm. This
position will cover Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (BMH) inpatient and outpatient
services, and Center for Community Health (CCH) coverage as needed.
Preferred Criteria
* N. Y. State Department of Health IV Certification
* ARRT Advanced Modality certification
* At least 1 year of experience
Required Criteria
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology
* N. Y. State Department of Health X-ray License
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
