Key Responsibilities

The EMS Educator assists in coordinating the Hospital Emergency Medical Services System and participates in quality assurance programs. They are responsible for developing, conducting, and supervising educational programs for both pre-hospital and hospital personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current Illinois RN license and a minimum of 2-3 years of emergency nursing experience. A BSN is preferred, and applicants must hold current AHA CPR, ACLS, ECRN, and TNCC certifications.
