Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Ashland, Missouri.

What You'll Do
As an SLP, you will:
Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
Provide skilled speech therapy services
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other members of the care team
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff when appropriate
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
