White Blossom Care Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our premier, high-volume rehab department. - Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Location: San Jose / Bay Area
- Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
- Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction
- Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements
- Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility
- Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment
