Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, including evaluating dysfunction and establishing treatment goals. Implements treatment programs, coordinates care with other personnel, and provides patient and family education.

Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum and a valid California Physical Therapist license. Must also possess a National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification.
