The Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine provides direct patient care according to established protocols and practices. This role involves working directly with Department and Medical Directors to ensure the effective delivery of medical care.
Candidates must possess an Advanced Practice Degree as either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, along with a current Wisconsin State license and Board certification. An active DEA license and Basic Life Support certification are also mandatory requirements for this position.
