Job description
Absolute Home Health and Hospice is hiring full-time Physical Therapist for our Oakland County area. This position is a wonderful option to work for an absolutely great organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responding to routine and critical situations, providing skilled therapy assessments, and supportive care for Home Care Patients.
* Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
* Competence in evaluation of patient needs
* Promoting continuous quality improvement
* Teaching and counseling patients/families
* Timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
* Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program/School
* Active MI PT License
* Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
* Valid CPR Card
Preferred
* At least 1 year Physical Therapy experience
* At least 1 year Home Health experience
