Join Advantmed as a Field Nurse Practitioner – Home Assessments, Flexible Schedule in Bend, Oregon, United States. Primary Purpose Advantmed is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our full-time provider network. In this role, you will perform in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments for Medicare and other patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires an active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon and a minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience. Proficiency in EMR documentation is desired, and the role requires travel within the state.
