The Treatment Counselor conducts clinical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans for program participants. They facilitate group and individual interventions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and monitoring participant progress.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess a Colorado Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) certification. At least one year of experience in mental health or substance use counseling is required.
