Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics, serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a manageable patient volume, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
