Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medication therapy management services to patients within the rheumatology service line to ensure safe and effective drug utilization. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve medication therapy problems and document patient outcomes within the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Requires a B.S./B.A. in Pharmacy or PharmD and a current Minnesota pharmacy license. Candidates must have a PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
