Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clerkship objectives, syllabus, educational content, learning activities, and assessment methodologies aligned with program and accreditation standards.

• Ensure consistency and quality of educational experiences all clerkship expectations across all clinical teaching sites.

• Develop and implement appropriate assignments, including OSCEs, quizzes, and other written assignments; and grade clerkship assignments and assessments as needed.

• Maintain documentation and all necessary quality-based metrics required for institutional review and LCME accreditation activities.

Requirements

• Utilize assessment data and program outcomes to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Faculty & Clinical Site Development Recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain clerkship faculty, preceptors, and clinical training sites.
