Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including caregivers and physicians, to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
Requirements
Must hold a current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care are required.
