Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits while developing individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for educating caregivers and collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality, medically necessary care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
