Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides clinical psychosocial services and discharge planning for families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex medical and social needs while documenting patient care in medical records.
Requirements
A Master's degree from an accredited school of social work is required for this position. Candidates must possess or be eligible for LMSW licensure in New York State and have experience in a medical or maternal/child program.
