Behavioral Health Associate

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate will mentor adolescents in a residential treatment program, facilitating daily activities and experiential therapies. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting client progress, and collaborating with the treatment team to support campus operations.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., with a preference for degrees in human services or related fields. At least one year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
