Physician - Pediatric General Surgery

Key Responsibilities

The physician will perform general and thoracic operations, manage ECMO cases, and handle pediatric trauma as part of an elite team at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital. Responsibilities also include teaching general surgery residents and medical students, and collaborating with a collegial team to prioritize work-life balance.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatric General Surgery and hold an MD or DO degree, obtained prior to the hire date. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred, and the role requires comfort with complex procedures and participation in a q3 to q4 home call schedule.
