Job description

Only elective procedures performed. No call, No OT, no OB, no central lines.
B&B Case types which include: ENT, EGD's, pediatric dentals, minor procedures. Occasional appendectomy or GI bleeds, Facility does not have an ICU. Majority of cases are colonoscopies, dental extractions, jaw fractures, Sinus surgeries, hernias, mass removals, hemorrhoidectomy, etc...
Average: 10 cases per day
Shift times start at 6:30am;8-10 hour shifts
Autonomous

Credentialing - temporary privileges available

  • BLS
  • PALS

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for elective procedures including ENT, EGDs, pediatric dentals, and minor surgeries. Manage an average of 10 cases per day in a facility without an ICU.
