Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized one-to-one physical therapy treatment and customized plans of care for children from birth to age twenty-one. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and engage parents and caregivers in the therapy process to support home exercises.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana is required.
