Nurse Practitioner - Electrophysiology

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will manage and deliver quality treatment plans by taking complex medical histories, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic procedures, and reaching tentative diagnoses. Responsibilities also include developing treatment plans with the attending physician, interacting with support services, prescribing medication, writing orders, and responding to acute patient changes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master of Science in Nursing and hold a current Nurse Practitioner Certification and Registered Nurse license from the New York State Education Department. Preferred attributes include strong customer service, critical thinking, the ability to work under stress with minimal supervision, and prior experience in Cardiology.
