Job Location: Madison - Madison, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, SUMMARY: Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all ages.
Hours
Monday - Friday Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm No holidays or weekends Qualifications: EDUCATION: Medical Degree: M.D. or D.O. Family Practice specialization CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current Florida State Medical License Current D.E.A. certificate.
Board eligible or board certified in family practice; if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date. Insurability (malpractice). Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team and healthcare resources at local, regional, state, and national levels to coordinate patient care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice, caring for patients of all ages.
Requirements
Requires an M.D. or D.O. with a specialization in family practice, a current Florida medical license, a current DEA certificate, malpractice insurability, and a current CPR certificate. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in family practice; those hired as board eligible must become board certified within three years.
