Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Counselor will create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and conduct various therapy sessions including individual, group, family, and couple therapy. They are also responsible for managing clinical needs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. A valid state licensure or certification such as LPC, LCSW, PLPC, CIT, RAC, or CSW is required to practice in this role.
