Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Therapist (MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW)

• Compensation: $40–$45 per completed clinical session
• Mindify Wellness and Care is actively hiring a Spanish-speaking Mental Health Therapist in Pennsauken, NJ!
• We are looking for a bilingual clinician to provide in-person therapy services at our partner adult day care center, with additional opportunities to provide telehealth services.
• We have an established patient caseload and are ready to begin scheduling sessions.

Schedule & Location

• Provide onsite therapy at our partner adult day care center in Pennsauken, NJ.
• Onsite availability generally needed 1–3 days per week, depending on center needs.

Typical onsite hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a. m.–1:00 p. m. or 9:00 a. m.–4:00 p. m.

Additional telehealth appointments may be available on the same or separate days.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW credentials considered, subject to applicable NJ practice and supervision requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients within your authorized scope of practice.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient care.
