The BCBA will assess, develop, and implement positive behavior treatment plans while providing supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs. They are also responsible for maintaining detailed clinical documentation, billing services, and supporting families through resource identification.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess an active, unrestricted BCBA certification. An active Kentucky state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst and at least one year of experience are required.
