The Assistant Medical Director performs advanced psychiatric work, including diagnosing and treating patients while providing clinical leadership to the recovery team. They also oversee psychiatric services, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise other medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
Candidates must be licensed as a medical doctor in Texas and be Board Certified or Board eligible in Psychiatry. A minimum of four years of experience in psychiatry and working with individuals with psychiatric disorders is required.
