Outpatient Psychiatrist - Telehealth, No Call, No Weekends
Mock Health Partners MTOLVY1R is hiring a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a fully remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving adults in Texas.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Choose your hours within that window. No call, no weekends, no nights, no inpatient coverage.
Compensation: $280,000 - $320,000 base salary plus quarterly quality bonus. Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
Benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME allowance, 401(k) with 4% match, full medical/dental/vision, malpractice with tail coverage, licensure reimbursement.
Requirements: Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain), DEA, ABPN board certification or eligibility, 2+ years outpatient experience preferred.
Panel: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups, ~14 patients per day, dedicated care coordinator and MA support.
