Key Responsibilities

The nurse practitioner or physician assistant will provide direct clinical services to critically ill adult patients, including performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. They will also collaborate with the attending physician to formulate treatment plans and participate in clinical research and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a current Georgia license. A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required, along with ACLS certification and proficiency in airway management.
