Requirements

Qualifications: Licensed Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.

Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.

Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset #HP123.
