Job Description

Acorn Health is an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment provider dedicated to providing the best quality care for our clients. We aim to continually establish best-in-class standards in integrity and quality for not only ourselves, but also in the field of ABA.

We work courageously and with accountability to focus on the individuality of each child, collaborate with client families, and generate permanence in client outcomes. We strive to hire and to invest in our greatest asset - our employees, who are the heart of Acorn Health.

Acorn Health is a standard-setting family of ABA treatment providers. We believe the best employees want to work with companies who share their beliefs, and that is true for families who entrust us with children they love. Every day and every interaction, we strive to demonstrate our Five Core Values.

Acorn Health is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Program Supervisor in the Detroit area as we increase access to care for clients and families in and around West Bloomfield.

At Acorn Health, we're committed to increasing access to care through ethical practice, manageable caseloads, and meaningful collaboration. We believe great clinical outcomes start with supported clinicians who have the resources, guidance, and flexibility to do their best work.

We also have additional clinics throughout Michigan and beyond!

Our Values

Every day and every interaction, we strive to demonstrate our Five Core Values.

Authenticity: We present our true, consistent selves. Everyone hungers for genuine connections.

  • Accountability: We keep our promises and can be trusted with the life and future of a child.
  • Teamwork: The best outcomes are produced by people who collaborate with enthusiasm.
  • Growth: We know the needs of children and their families are unique and ever-changing.

Hustle: In autism care and treatment, time is always of the essence. We do things now.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA Program Supervisor, you'll lead individualized assessment and treatment planning while partnering with ~10 families, a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, and fellow clinicians to support meaningful progress.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Overseeing client care from initial assessment through ongoing treatment, including functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments.

Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment plans using data-driven decision-making.

Serving as the clinical lead for assigned cases, providing supervision, feedback, and training to Behavior Technicians.

Monitoring treatment fidelity and client progress, analyzing clinical data, and adjusting interventions as needed.

Partnering with parents and caregivers through family training, regular communication, and ongoing support.

Collaborating with colleagues, schools, and other relevant partners to promote consistent, effective interventions across settings.

Participating in team meetings, professional development, and opportunities to share clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices.

Services may be delivered in our centers, clients' homes, and/or community settings, depending on the needs of the client and the position, but the vast majority of our services are provided in center.

Why Work for Acorn Health?

We want our clinicians to have the support and resources they need to deliver high-quality care and continue growing professionally.
