Key Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Current state license/certification.

• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board.

• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
