We’re looking for a compassionate, driven Primary Therapist who thrives in a team setting and is committed to making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Position Overview The Primary Therapist is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy while developing and managing individualized treatment plans. This role plays a key part in guiding clients through their recovery journey and coordinating care with the clinical team.

Key

Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care Communicate regularly with referral sources and client support systems Assist clients with discharge planning and aftercare resources Respond appropriately to crisis or emergency situations Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program development

Qualifications

Active or eligible licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LADAC (or similar) Experience in substance abuse, mental health, or behavioral health preferred Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
