Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Nursing plans and coordinates the nursing process to provide excellent care while managing resident care plans and clinical outcomes. This role also provides direct supervision to Resident Assistants and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations through internal audits and staff training.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with at least two years of general nursing experience. Supervisory experience and knowledge of geriatric nursing and regulatory standards are preferred.
