Responsibilities

We are seeking a B/C or B/E Pediatrician to replace a busy retiring pediatrician and to join a thriving and busy ambulatory practice of 7 pediatricians, based at Mercy Medical Center’s downtown campus location. Located five blocks north of Baltimore’s famed Inner Harbor, Mercy is consistently ranked by US News and World Report as Maryland’s top community hospital. We are regionally regarded for the provision of quality care that is patient-oriented and high value. Mercy is known not only for its surgical and subspecialty expertise, but also its focus on women’s and children’s health, commitment to graduate medical education, and a high quality, integrated medical staff. Mercy’s Family Childbirth and Children’s Center is the busiest delivery center in Baltimore City, and has a Level III NICU for infants in need of intensive or specialty care. Mercy also has a five bed inpatient unit staffed by residents and a Pediatric Hospitalist.

The Pediatric practice group serves families who live in and around downtown Baltimore. Call for the practice is supported by an after-hours Nurse Call answering service for the patients in the practice.
