Key Responsibilities

(Key Responsibilities): Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.

Intervention & Education: Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.

Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.

Virtual Care: Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
