Job Description

General Dentist - Port Washington, WI

Full-time | $150,000-$190,000 base + performance incentive | Earn ownership, no buy-in, no loan

Healthcare is about human connection, not transactions.

That's the belief our practice is built on. We want every patient to walk in and feel seen, heard and valued, and to leave better than they arrived. We choose connection over volume, because patients who trust their dentist stay for a lifetime and tell the people they love.

If that's how you want to practice, we'd love to meet you!

Private practice, not a corporate chain. Ownership, without the solo grind.

Our practice in Port Washington, a lakefront town about 25 miles north of Milwaukee, is privately owned and doctor-led. Through Ascendent Health Partners (AHP), the group behind the practice, you get the strength of a larger group, including buying power and back-office support, without giving up what makes private practice special.

Doctors here earn real ownership through our Equity Earn-In Program. No buy-in. No loan. No personal guarantee. It's on top of your clinical pay and never reduces it. The doctors who build lasting patient relationships should share in what those relationships build.

What You Can Earn

  • Base pay of $150,000-$190,000 per year plus a performance incentive
  • Our doctors average $240,000 per year, and our top performers earn $400,000 per year
  • Ownership earned over time, as a second stream of income on top of your pay
  • Benefits we're proud of
  • $10,000 annual CE budget for providers
  • Reimbursement for mental health, fitness, and self care programs
  • Dental care at no cost for you, your spouse and your kids
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) with an employer contribution
  • Professional liability insurance and professional dues paid by the practice
  • 8 paid holidays plus 80 hours of paid personal time
  • Medical benefits after a 90-day introductory period

Your Clinical Decisions Stay Yours

We never dictate or alter the treatment decisions between you and your patient. We'll offer coaching and support when you want it. The relationship between you and your patient is sacred.

The Role

You'll care for current and new patients, lead and mentor a small team, and build the kind of relationships that last for generations. General Dental services provided with opportunitites to pursue training and deliver Endo, Implants, and clear aligner services. Your schedule is full-time: 30-35 hours per week across 4 days. A Note from Max

I'm Max Meinerz, a practicing dentist and the managing partner of Ascendent Health Partners. I built this group because I wanted to practice dentistry in a place that put people first, and I wanted the doctors doing the work to share in what we build together. If that sounds like home, I'd like to hear from you directly. you can always text or call me at 262-230-1057
