Requirements

• Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.

• The successful candidate must have completed a Family Medicine residency program.

• The candidate must demonstrate Family Medicine expertise and at least three years of documented educational, administrative, GME experience.

• Current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians is required.
