Occupational Therapist PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills and daily independence. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and document patient progress accurately.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess a valid state OT license. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care are required, with CPR certification preferred.
