Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will assess the psychosocial needs of hospice patients and provide emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention. They will also coordinate community resources and assist families with funeral, financial, and legal planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in social work (MSW or BSW) and possess a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle. At least one year of healthcare experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in hospice care.
