Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will perform comprehensive assessments, physical diagnoses, and therapeutic management for high-acuity critically ill patients in the ICU, coordinating individualized plans of care with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include documenting clinical encounters, liaising between various staff, consulting on complex diagnoses, and acting as an educator and clinical resource for staff.

Requirements

Required qualifications include a Master's degree (in Nursing for NP or Physician Assistant for PA) and 0-1 years of related work experience, along with required licenses and Basic Life Support/ACLS certification. Both roles require valid prescriptive authority and experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
