Job Description
CABA (The Center for Applied Behavior Analysis) isn’t run by investors or people who’ve never done the work. It’s led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA known for her radical candor, loyalty to her team, and relentless push for ethical, client-centered care.
We serve clients across the lifespan with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults navigating complex needs like autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
At CABA, you're not flying solo. You’ll have access to the BOSS® program (Behavioral Operational Support Specialists), providing real-time, executive-level clinical support for troubleshooting tough cases, collaborating on decisions, and helping you stay focused on what you do best. Caseloads are capped and built intentionally, not dumped.

- Base salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000
- Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification
Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required).
While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs.

- 12 days PTO, sick time, paid holidays
- Company laptop, cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement (where applicable)
- Dedicated admin and billing support
- Weekly 1:1 case reviews, mentorship, and access to a research lab
- Leadership development and clear promotion pathways
- Research and publication opportunities
- A clinical leadership team that tells the truth, values your time, and actually listens
- What You’ll Focus On
Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients on average, with time built in for treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
Support RBTs® directly in-session, with a focus on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions without sacrificing clinical standards for speed
- Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
- Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and, if desired, clinical research projects
- What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA® certification
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
- 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
- Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
- Experience with severe behaviors preferred
