We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in inpatient behavioral health to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in providing compassionate care to patients in psychiatric settings, including those with a range of mental health conditions. This position is required to work onsite at our new Behavioral Health Inpatient Hospital in Edwards, CO.

About the opportunity

The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in need of psychiatric and mental health support. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will need

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
  • Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable.

License(s)

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.

Certification(s)

Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Computer / Typing

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Education

Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018.
