Job description

This individual will provide direct patient care and will monitor and report the patient’s progress.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with orthopedic and neurological impairments. They are responsible for monitoring patient progress, completing documentation, and providing patient or family education.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and possess a current Ohio physical therapy license. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire, and while experience is preferred, recent graduates are welcome to apply.
