Key Responsibilities
The RN Fertility Case Manager will coordinate and monitor patient treatment plans while providing education on procedures and injections. They are also responsible for documenting patient care and communicating physician orders and laboratory results to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current state RN license and BLS certification, with at least one year of clinical RN experience. A BSN is preferred, and experience in fertility or women's health is highly desirable.
