Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (In Person) - 1099 Contractor - New Jersey

Key Responsibilities

The role involves practicing comprehensive mental health medication management through 60-minute intake and 30-minute follow-up video appointments, including conducting psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment. Providers will also construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and prescribe psychiatric medications.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PMHNP program or an accredited PA program with PANCE certification, possessing an unrestricted state license and a minimum of two years of practice experience. Preference is given to those with active DEA licenses, experience with minors, and the ability to provide in-person care in the Sewell/Washington Township area.
