Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for a clinically diverse patient population, including those with neurological, cardiac, and complex medical conditions. Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and a BLS provider certification. A bachelor's degree is required, with prior neurological experience and advanced degrees preferred.
