Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed treatment programs and perform initial and ongoing patient assessments. They are also responsible for establishing care plans and overseeing the activities of physical therapy assistants and support personnel.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess a valid Physical Therapy credential from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. Additionally, a BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire.
